- 15 cl Banana puree
- 10 cl Coconut puree
- 2 cl de Rose syrup
- 3 cl Ginger soda
- Banana and grated coconut

Preparation
- Fill the blender with Banana and Coconut purees
- Add a handful of ice
- Mix during 15 seconds
- Serve in a Milk Shake glass
- Add soda and Rose syrup
- Add a skewer of caramelized banana slices dusted with grated coconut
Tip : Add a pinch of grated nutmeg
