BLACKCURRANT PUREE 90%

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Blackcurrant puree
  • 2,5 cl Lemon puree
  • 5 cl Vodka
  • 0,2 cl Absinth
  • 2,5 cl Cane sugar
  • Fresh red berries or physalis

Preparation

  • Fill 3/4 of shaker with ice
  • Pour the ingredients in the following order : Cane sugar, Lemon puree, Blackcurrant puree, Vodka
  • Shake during 10 seconds and filter above a glass
  • Add a fine layer of Absinth on top of the glass
  • Add a skewer with fresh red berries or a physalis

Tip : Replace Lemon puree by Konatsu puree to get an explosive cocktail
